The Chicks are back in Year 5!

When we came into school there were 6 eggs hatched. As North 1 came into the class to have a look, another egg hatched and we saw it come out of its egg. It was really exciting. We were overjoyed! Over time they all fluffed up. When the chick came out of its egg it looked very unlike itself now: it was wet, slimy and couldn’t stand up. Over the day they have been chirping a lot! We are surprised by how busy they are all the time. We really want the next 3 eggs to hatch tonight.
