Mr Litten will be writing a weekly newsletter, with the aim to share with you all that is good about our school and its children.

Dear Parents, pupils, and staff
This week we celebrate Nora-Rose’s incredible fund raising and a visit from Baroness Shepherd!

Baroness Shepherd Returns to Visit the School
The school was delighted to welcome back Baroness Shepherd for a special visit. During her time at the school, Baroness Shepherd was given a tour by members of Year 6, who represented the school with confidence, enthusiasm, and pride.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Year 6 for being such excellent ambassadors.
A particular highlight of the visit was Baroness Shepherd revisiting the commemorative plaque she unveiled when she officially opened South Hall in 1994, while serving as Secretary of State for Education.
Nora-Rose Supports Children with Hair Loss
Nora-Rose has shown incredible kindness and determination by raising an impressive £1,425 for the Little Princess Trust. As part of her fundraising efforts, she also donated 12 inches of her own hair, helping the charity create wigs for children who have lost their hair due to illnesses such as cancer.
The Little Princess Trust provides real-hair wigs to young people free of charge, helping restore confidence and a sense of normality during an incredibly challenging time. Each wig costs around £700 to produce, meaning Nora-Rose’s efforts have funded two full wigs – a remarkable achievement for such a young supporter.

An up-to-date list of future term dates is below. Thank you for supporting our school we are proud of your children and all they achieve.
